How to start writing back?

hello teachers :-D,

Well is been quite some time I didn't write, and now my writing skill had became worse. It seems that I can't structure and construct a proper sentence, which eventually lead me to unable constructing a proper essay paragraph.......

I'm hoping some teacher able to guide or help me regain my essay writing skill :-D

PS: university level writing skill
