It's certainly possible to start a sentence with "should."
What sentence(s) did you have in mind?

Should you desire to start a sentence with should, this sentence is a rather formal example of one way to do so.

Note that your title was grammatically incorrect. We don't start questions with "How to" (and your title was clearly intended to be a question despite the lack of question mark.)

It should have been "How do we/How should I use the word "should"?"
