[Essay] "How you learn" or "how you learn it?"

There is a sentence:
"However, if you have no enough financial support, you’d better study at home since what counts is not where you study, but what you learn and how you learn."

I wonder if "have no enough" is correct. Besides, should we say "how you learn" or "how you learn it"?
And is there any other mistake?

"Have no enough" is not correct. See above.

The end of your sentence is fine. It could be shortened even further, by saying "...what counts is not where you study, but what and how you learn."
