I am going to CompanyName

Hello

I enter a building.
1. When you come to a reception desk asking to let yourself in called 'check in' in AmE?
2. Do you use 'reception desk' or is it called different?
3. What else would you say?

I have these options
- I am going to CompanyName
- I've come for CompanyName

Not even being sure they are correct, I'd like to learn ones used by natives.

Or 'Good morning. I'm Stan Deasy. I've come for a meeting with the CEO of Potties R Us.'
