I understood it as above but my friend understood it in a totally different way ( just answer all the questions using my native language in 200 words)

I would take it to mean that you need to write a maximum of 200 words in your native language, covering everything they mentioned (skills and abilities which would contribute, your motivation, and the games you play).

However, it's not entirely clear. If the rest of the application is in English, it's possible that they only want the skills and abilities part in your native language.

I would be inclined to ask them to clarify it.

Without further context or indications to the contrary, I would include all the answers in your native language. There doesn't appear to be any indication that they want you to answer the last questions in English.
