They're all OK; I prefer #1 and #4 (if you had helpfully numbered them).

Sorry. I forgot to number them.
My previous teacher told his students that #2 and #3 were purely WRONG. We lost our marks because of using "consider as". :-? Hope he will not be an examiner!

Your wish is my command, Rover! I would have marked #2 and #3 as wrong. ;-)

Of the remaining two, I much prefer #1. I'm not keen on "an intrusion on my privacy" in #4. For me, "an invasion of privacy" is pretty much a set phrase.

The sentence would mean the same thing, and obviate the question, if written I consider these questions an intrusion on my privacy.

You need consider there, but you don't need the other words in bold print.
