I did it "in" or "for" real.

She looks more beautiful "in" or "for" real.

While video chatting with some random person "are you for real".

Please check my sentences.

I wouldn't use either. You could say that she looks more beautiful in real life.

While video chatting with some random person "are you for real".

If you're questioning what they have said, this works fine.

How about 'I did it "in" or "for" real'?.

While video chatting with some random person "are you for real". I am not questioning anything. I just want to make sure that they are real. Like "are you for real or are you real?" please wave your hand. But I didn't get your point "If you're questioning what they have said, this works fine".What does it mean?

You did what "in real" or "for real"? In what context would you use this? What message are you trying to convey?

Are you real would work, or you could ask them to prove that they're real, not a bot, etc.

If you are questioning something in the context above, you don't believe it, are suspicious, etc.

For example a person says "I jumped from a two story building" and his friend say "did you do it in real or are you joking?" That person says no "I am not joking I did it in real."

The most likely question would be "Did you really do it or are you joking?" and the response would be "I really did it!"

However, you seem to be determined to use "real" in some way. In your chosen situation, you might hear "Did you do it for real?" or simply "For real?" The question would suggest disbelief. It wouldn't be natural in BrE but I hear "for real" more in AmE.

Don't bother with any more questions about "in real". It is not used.
