1) I do not like to take order from my boss.
2) I do not like I be told what to do.
3) I don't like to be commanded.

Are the above sentences correct?

Are the above sentences correct?

3 is not natural. I have corrected 1 and 2. I would probably use 2 unless you are only talking about work - even if that were the case, you could just add "at work" to the end of the sentence. You will also hear "I dont like being bossed around" and "I don't like being ordered around".
