After reviewing your sentences,

a. I find this sentence very strange.
b. I found this sentence very strange.
c. I have found this sentence very strange.
d. I am finding this sentence very strange.
-----------
Which one(s) is(are) correct? Could you tell me the reason?

The teachers here sometimes say the following to me.

'I find your sentence very unnatural.'

I take it to mean 'I feel that your sentence is very unnatural'.

I think a, b and c are correct.
d is not correct because "find" is a "state verb"(a term I just learned from Matthew in another thread), meaning it is not an on-going action.

A state verb is not usually but can sometimes be used in a continuous tense.

I am not sure sometimes, whether learning new grammar terms helps as it tends to be restrictive and makes one overly cautious.
I probably would have accepted (d) if I hadn't think about "state verb".
And I think even the native speakers don't know the grammar terms.
