(I meant.the meeting will start shortly so we need to be hurry up to catch the meeting. Can "got to run replaced by "get to run since the senten've is Iin present tense

"We got to run" is fine in conversation but "we've got to run" is probably better in writing (not including texts).

For the grammatically correct phrase "We have to ____" to have emphasis on urgency you would say "We have got to ____" which in casual conversation will often be heard as "We've gotta ____".

Notice the contraction of we have into we've and the informal contraction of got to into gotta. Hence, for example, "we've gotta see Avengers this weekend, I hear it's marvellous!"
