  1. I gotta go! We can catch up when I'm in town next week.
  2. I gotta go! We can catch up when I'll be in the town next week.

The first is much more natural.

"I gotta go" is a good example of informal conversation in the US, but it's not grammatical.

You can also say "I have to go."
