Oh, this is awful!
I have a topic - to cook meals at home or to eat in restaurants? "What can you say for and against cooking meals at home?"
I know, what are the "against" points, but I don't know, why to eat at home, except fast food is harmful and destructive.
I would be very grateful for any help! Thanks!

not sure this is the right area but I can think of plenty.

Eating at home for:

You have a wider choice of food.

Can control the ingredients and health quality.

Can eat when you want to.

No waiting or reservation needed.

No noise from other people.

Can have private conversations without worrying about other people listening.

No travelling

Can stay at table and talk without pressure from waiter to free table.

Cost is much cheaper.

Any good ?
