Comments:

- Don't say months/weeks. Pick one.

- We'd probably say spoken, not had.

- We'd probably skip the last few and just say in weeks or in months.

- It's just one sentence, not several sentences.

By "A person like you" I mean "Humble and honest".

Then you might say I haven't spoken with someone as humble and honest as you in weeks or in months. In my experience, most humble and honest people don't appreciate that kind of flattery much.
