Your second sentence is not correct, partly because "This restaurant are" uses the wrong form of the verb and the rest of the sentence is not as natural as the first.

I wouldn't, however, necessarily agree that "ethnic foods" is a suitable term if it actually only serves food from those four countries.

I can't think of a natural way of saying it without simply listing those four cuisines. You can't say that it serves "international food" or "food from all round the world" because it doesn't!

I am Sorry that my sentence is confusing. I just want to make an example of international foods and I just was trying to give examples to be clear enough.
I justed want a sentence to have a meaning of a restaurant with international food.

You can't say that it serves "international food" or "food from all round the world" because it doesn't!

But it most of restaurant serving international foods there aren't the whole food from all of the countries.

In America, there is no definition of what constitutes "ethnic food". We all kind of have our own ideas though certain countries do come to mind when that phrase is uttered. I agree with other people. Unless you talk to people who have the same idea of ethnic food as you, you should avoid using it altogether.
