Hi there!, Can you please tell me which of the two following statement is grammatically correct..." He looks like as if he works a lot" or "He looks like as if he worked a lot".

IvanV, I do appreciate your help. And what about "She looks as if she works very hard" and " She looks as if she worked very hard". Which of the two is the correct one?
