Need a help! with sentences! Are they correct?

"I rest during walks with my doughter and when I watch tv series."
"In my new office I take care about relations with clients and creating meetings."

See my corrections above. I have made your sentences grammatically correct but the first sentence doesn't make sense. If you're walking with your daughter, you're not resting.

For the first one, try:
I find it relaxing to go for walks with my daughter and when I watch TV.
