I think "and" is redundant

In this sentence:
With any device, reserving memory in general purpose RAM, or defining absolute variables in the middle of data banks, further restricts the contiguous memory in the data banks and can reduce the maximum size of objects you can define.

With any device, ［sentence A, or(conj.) sentence B, further(adv.) sentence C ］(← I think this is the Subject) "and" can reduce + Object

I think and is redundant, isn't ?

On most forums, will not produce an emoticon- you need to add the nose- :-D will produce :-D
