How I can rewrite the second underlined part in a better way?

I used to be allergic to penicillin, but now I am not allergic to.

I think you can simply omit the 'but' clause because 'used to be' suggests that you are no longer allergic to it now.

I agree with Matthew.
You could use "I used to ... but not any more."
