Could you please check this sentence?
I also don't know which pronoun is better.

I usually have meat or seafood as the main course, which is or are high in protein and which helps my brain work more efficiently. Also, it or they will make me feel more awake and focused.

At the moment, both uses of "which" appear to refer to "the main course", and that's not what you mean. I would reword it as:

I usually have meat or seafood for my main course because they are high in protein and help my brain work more efficiently. Also, they make me feel ...

If you really want to keep which, reorder the sentence to:

For my main course, I usually have meat or seafood, both of which are high in protein ...
