Is my conclusion OK?

I want listen to you talking.No one can speak as well as you do.


I was listen to you when you are talking...

The word "talking" is not necessary and makes the sentence awkward to read. Your second sentence provides the context describing what you are listening to, in this case talking, not singing or playing music for example. Also add "to" before listen.

I want to listen to you. No one can speak as well as you do.

As far as the second sentence goes, use the simple past tense and keep this tense consistent in the subordinate clause.

I was listening to you when you were talking.
