Yes, a person can update his notes. (I do think it would be plural: notes.

I think it would be better as:

Update your note(s), then show it/them to me.

RIGNT OR WORNG

Always I want to know if the sentance I write is right or wrong. But the teacher is not nereby. Once I write to a friend in captial, but she said to me "Please write in small letter."
Please tell me If her sentance is wrong and how to express her idea.

She should write, "Please use lower case." :D
