Is this sentence OK?
I was born in Afghanistan, Kabul, but raised in Iran, Khozestan. I mean, my parents moved/migrated to Iran when I was four.

I am not sure which one is correct?

I wish I was born in any country other than my own country.

I wish I had been born in any country other than my own country.

The Iranian province is spelt 'Khuzestan' here.

I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, but was raised in Khuzestan, Iran. I mean, my parents moved/migrated to Iran when I was four.

I am not sure which one is correct. [STRIKE]?[/STRIKE] It's not a question.
