Can "to be precise" be used in the following way?

I was educated in Islamic Azad University of Yazd in 2014, to be precise.

Thanks teacher. "Islamic Azad University of Yazd" is the name of a university, and I was a university student in that university.

Azad: one kind of a university (There are different kinds of university in Iran)

For example: Islamic Azad University of Tehran.

But you were also educated in school- the University of Yazd was not your only education, so it would make sense to narrow things down and say that you took a course/trained in xxx/studied xxx at there.
