If someone asks me "Would you give me your bike?", which one of the following will be the usual reply?

1- No, I won't give you my bike.

2- No, I wouldn't give you my bike.

My question is should I be using 'would' to reply as the question is asked with 'would'?

Say, "I won't".
Asking "Would you ..." is merely a polite way of asking "Will you..." (in this context).

Lame Joke:
John: Would you marry me?
Mary: No, I wouldn't.
John: Then I guess there's be no point asking you.

A more polite (and thus likely) response might be:

No, I'm afraid I can't. I'm cycling to town in the afternoon.

or
I wish I could, but I actually need it this evening.
