A)I wish I knew who'd swiped my gloves.
B)I wish I knew who swiped my gloves.

"I wish I knew who'd swiped my gloves" is okay if "who'd" stands for "who had", although "I wish I knew who swiped my gloves" is more natural.

Q2. Are the following sentences correct and natural?
1)Which one is correct between A and B?
2)Which is correct between A and B?
3)Which is correct, A or B ?
4)Which of A and B is correct?

They are all good. :)

A)I wish I knew who'd swiped my gloves.
B)I wish I knew who swiped my gloves.

I'd say B sounds more natural. ;-)
