#1 (if you had numbered them) is OK as long as the prospective employer knows what currency you're demanding.

#2 is wrong.

Why did you use "for less" in sentence 1 and "in less" in sentence 2, when you were effectively expressing the same idea?

You could say "I won't work for you for less than 30,000 per month." You can't use "in" in this case.

I am not a teacher.

I was confused between "in" and "for".
