Can we start a letter which we intent to bring some complaint(fault) to notice, with "I would like to"?
Lets say, I am talking in reference to bringing the non-working of ATM machines to the bank Manger or the concerned person.
I would like to bring to your notice that your bank's ATM machine doesn't work properly very often.
