Idiom for not listen

Hi Group,

Do you have an idiom for a person that don't listen or respond to your questions. Looks like I am talking to the wall, because she or he is miles away, probably busy in another world.

If it's deliberate, you can say that they turn a 'deaf ear' to your comments. If they are daydreaming, then I'd say the idiom is the one you used- 'miles away'. ;-)

These "deaf ear" can also be apply if she of he, don't return your calls or emails too?
