Hello!!

Is it correct if I say the following sentences:

1.- We just need twenty minutes to identify whether their proposal has potential or not. (I don't need to use IF here, do I?)

2.- I don't know whether to call him or to text him. (I don't need to use IF here, do I?)

3.- He spoke of whether we need special coaching to complete the task. (I don't need to use IF here, do I?)

Are these sentences okay?

Thanks.

1. No you don't.
2. No.
3. No.

Because they are not wrong; they are colloquial; that's how native speakers say them.
