If somebody is working night shifts and that person wants to get their shift changed to morning then what can that person say "I would like to get my shift timing changed" or "I want to get my shift changed from night to day"?

Hmmmm.... Most companies have trouble filling night shift positions and no trouble filling morning or evening shifts. So unless there is an employment opening in the morning shift (also called the day shift), you will probably be unsuccessful in making that switch from night shift to morning shift easily, just by asking for it.

There maybe even a waiting list of employees who wish to change shifts as well.

"I would like to get my shift timing changed" or "I want to get my shift changed from night to day"?

You can use these sentences, but the way you have phrased them they seem more like demands than requests.

I might phrase my request this way:

"I would like to change from my current night shift work to the morning shift if a position becomes available."

I would probably add my reasons for wanting the change in shift to this request.
