What do you mean by "release out"? Perhaps you mean "roll back" instead. If so, try:
If the government rolls back the austerity policy, many people will benefit.

This is the second time you have inexplicably written "teacher!" as a standalone sentence. Please don't. It means nothing. If you meant it to be connected to the first half, you needed to write "Is it OK now, teacher?" However, note that there is no need to address anyone here as "teacher" (or anything else). Just write your question.
