If XYZ team scores 100 runs every two wickets or if they lose two wickets every 100 runs so by the time they lose their fourth wicket they will have scored 400 runs.

Also, we don't call a sports team "Yankees team"; we call it "the Yankees". If your audience may not know that the Yankees are a baseball team, write "the Yankees baseball team".
