If you work night shifts, then your whole body routine gets distorted. You do each and every thing the other way around. Like, when people sleep you wake up or when they eat you sleep etc. So, you do everything opposite of them.

As an exercise, look for the word or in everything you write and try to remove it. There's nothing wrong with or​ as such, but you use it too often.
