Hi all, I take the visitor who need to present their company to my manager to the meeting room.
I am taking the visitor who will be giving the presentation to the meeting room.

[STRIKE]And[/STRIKE] I want to tell the visitor I will tell my manager who will go downstairs for meeting the visitor.
I want to tell the visitor that I am going to tell my manager that he/she has arrived.

Can I say as below or how can I say would be more suitable?
Is the sentence below correct? If not, how should I say it?

"Wait a minute please, I will send my colleague to you for the presentation.
Wait here, please. I will tell my manager you're here and he/she will come down for the presentation.

See above.
