No, it's not good.
"I'll stop learning English from [STRIKE]other[/STRIKE] sources/materials [STRIKE]but[/STRIKE] other than UsingEnglish/English forums."
"... other sources than UsingEnglish ..." is probably acceptable, but I prefer the above.
"Other but" doesn't work. "Other than" does.
