I am wondering if these sentences sound natural.

"Apologise now! Or I'm through with you." Peter said to David

The spoken words are OK but they'd make more sense as one sentence.

"Apologise now or I'm through with you!"

You need to remove the full stop from inside the quotation marks, replace it with the exclamation mark and add a comma outside the quotation marks.

"Apologise now or I'm through with you!", Peter said to David.

Consequently, it is only one sentence so your opening question would be "I am wondering if this sentence sounds natural."
