I'm trying to write a letter

I'm writing a letter and I said something like this: "The best way to explain you is through the fact that one day you just meet someone special, someone so perfect in every way that no matter what happens, you know that there will be this person who will be always by your side. I'm very lucky to have that with you." Is this correct?

But I wanted to explain "someone" is it wrong?

You could use "describe". We don't use 'explain' that way.
Also, you've used 'fact' wrongly. This is a fact for nobody. There are also other errors.
I don't understand the last sentence. Are you claiming that you are that person? If you are, how come this other person you are writing to isn't aware of it already?

I still don't know what the last sentence means.
Perhaps you mean the following:
"The best way to describe you is as a person who will meet someone special, who you will see as being so perfect that no matter what happens, you'll know that that this person will always be by your side. I'm lucky to have such a person, so I know it can happen."
