Are these sentences correct:
1-The image slowly fading was of the Armenian mountains.
2-A image slowly fading, of the Armenian mountains, was the last thing we saw in the film.

The first is correct. It could also be:

The image, slowly fading, was of the Armenian mountains.

The second should start with An. The second should be:

An image of the Armenian mountains slowly fading was the last thing we saw in the film.

An image of the Armenian mountains, slowly fading, was the last thing we saw in the film.

An image, slowly fading, of the Armenian mountains was the last thing we saw in the film.
