My grammar is strong but I really have difficulties in improving my speaking. anyone have any tips on how to improve speaking? I realize my vocabulary is not enough to describe the story that i want to say. how can I also improve my vocabulary

To improve your speaking skills you should speak as much as you can. When it's impossible you should listen to English speech. Youtube is full of it, so it's not very difficult to find. The best way is to listen to things that you're interested in.
Vocabulary comes from reading. Read a lot in English (again - interesting stuff so that you not get bored) and you'll see your vocabulary improving.
