[General] Improve written english

Hello,

I would like to improve my written english through this forum. I am planned to write a short article regularly to develop the written communication. However, I have a little doubt that whether my article will be evaluate and feedback will be provided regularly. I request you to advice which mode of operation would be suitable for me to excel my communication skill.

Also advice me where to post my writing for evaluation and corrections
