[Grammar] In / at / during / on a survival test

Dear teachers,

I'm looking for as many correct prepositions preceding the noun "survival test" as possible in the sentence below:

Since Sarah was barefoot

a) in
b) at
c) during
d) on

her survival test in the wilderness, she cut her feet a lot.

Are all of them correct? If not, why not?

It's taken from a gap filling exercise on prepositions I came across yesterday. The key says that "during" is the only possible preposition here.
By the way, don't we talk about "a test of survival" instead of "survival test"?

"Survival test" is absolutely fine. It's no different from "English test", "driving test" etc.

I agree with the key. However, I would accept "on her survival test" too. Neither "in" nor "at" work. I would use either "during" or "for".
