I am having hard time to understand the meaning and usage of "in terms of ".

In terms of mean: with regard to or concerning.

Given are some examples of the same:

1) That book offers nothing in terms of (with regard to) satisfactory conclusion.

2) In terms of (with regard to) beauty, she stands first.
