On package of Dilmah tea, it says:

Traditional, authentic Ceylon tea, infusing real leaf character & taste, packed at origin, rich in antioxidants.

Why do the word 'infusing' use '-ing' form and the word 'packed' use '-ed' form?

Does it mean this:

Traditional, authentic Ceylon tea, (which infuses) real leaf character & taste, (which is packed) at origin, rich in antioxidants.

Thanks for your help.

"Infusing" doesn't work there. I think you understand what the writer intended correctly.
