Hi folks,
I ran across this sentence in some online news: TVs set to cable news inside the room he was speaking began airing reports of his demise midway through his speech. Grammatically it should be either "inside the room he was speaking in" or "inside the room where he was speaking". Do you think the sentence is permissible?
Thanks in advance.
