instructions on written student evaluation

Hello there!

I am new here. I am a private teacher . I prepare students for the F.C.E. examinations. This morning I was asked by the students to prepare a written evaluation because they want to apply for a short studying visit in Great Britain. I have never written one as I never needed to.:roll:

I would be most grateful if you could give me some instructions on the layout.

You write the evaluation from the teacher's point of view - that's about the only thing you can talk about for sure.

Discuss the student's:
Level of education
Level of skills in speaking, writing and understanding the language of the country where the study opportunity is.
Study habits
Personal habits, as shown in the classroom
Any other comments you would like to make to recommend this person for this study opportunity.
