Is the reason why they prefer 1 that they want to avoid any ambiguity when the object complement(available) comes at the end? In 2, readers may have a hard time understanding what "available" is connected to or if it's used as an object complement.

1.Internet makes (available) (instant information on truck capabilities and potential loads)
2.Internet makes (instant information on truck capabilities and potential loads) (available)

st43)Long-distance trucking, which is the transport of goods between metro areas...
Internet makes available instant information on truck capabilities and potential loads...

Then, what is the reason for 1? Just the writer's style? But I haven't seen 2 a lot, they seem to avoid it due to the reason I assumed.

Who are they?
The
Internet makes instant information on truck capabilities and potential loads available.
The Internet makes available instant information on truck capabilities and potential loads.

Of the two sentences above I would opt to use the first one.

By "them", I meant "native speakers", but you confirmed it's not right. Okay, thanks, I got it! It's just a style difference.
