Our company has provided laborers/workers to an American customer in a contract. Our customer wrote me an email, the following portion of the email is too difficult to understand. Please explain. Thank You.

"We finally got the right mixture of workers here and couldn't be happier with the service

"We finally got the right mixture of workers here and couldn't be happier with the service
and you (your) company"

"mixture" here means some may be manual workers, some may be engineers, some may be programmers, and some may be electricians. Whatever type of workers they are, your company gave them the right types of workers.

It's a typo. It should be '...and your company'.

What is meant by "and couldn't be happier with the service and your company" in this email?
At the beginning of the email they say, "We finally got the right mixture of the worker here". A good news for us, they are happy with our supplied workers. Then they say "and couldn't be happier with the service and your company", what does this phrase mean?
