I got this email from our client, which very difficult to understand. Please explain.

Dump the gravel outside the COP where they have been dumping it.

It means little unless you know what 'COP' is and who 'they' are.

And if you know what "COP" is and who "they" are, then the sentence is fairly self-explanatory as long as you understand "dump".

I'm feeling peckish. If I had some ham, I could have ham and eggs, if I had some eggs.
