Could you explain the following in bold in easy English?

1. Several studies of home-based working have looked at the advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of the employer and the employee. From an employer's point of view, there are productivity and cost savings from not providing office space and having fewer interruptions to the working day.

2. Remember, if you choose not to build community in your team or organization this does not mean that people will not have a sense of community, it just won't be to you. They may build community with local colleagues, or with customers.

Thank you.

People working at home are less likely to stop work for trivial matters.

The sense of community will not be with you, but with other people.

Thank you.
