Dear teachers,

"In my after class time, I enjoy improving my basketball skills the most."
"I enjoy the drink so much."

can I inverted the sentence as shown below?

"In my after class time, I enjoy the most improving my basketball skills."

"I enjoy so much the drink!"

hw,

No! Your inverted sentences would not make sense to native speakers.

Of the three sentences you have given us,
"In my after class time, I enjoy improving my basketball skills the most." is your best choice.

What will native speaker said if they want to express the same meaning in the same emotion(i.e. I really enjoy basketball)?

thanks

hw,

YES! I would say: "After class, I really enjoy playing basketball."

I added the word 'playing' for emphasis. I can 'enjoy basketball' by going to a game, by cheering for my favorite team, or watching it on TV... but I really 'enjoy PLAYING' basketball!

Dear Amigos4,

If I want to point out "playing basketball is the thing which I enjoy most intensely" in the sentence above,

what will the sentence look like?

hw,

There are a couple of things you could do to intensify your statement.
First, select the most intense word(s) you can think of to drive home the point: "I am absolutely passionate about playing basketball!"
Next, you could underline, bold print, or capitalize key words: "I really enjoy playing basketball!"
Next, a little hyperbole added to your sentence always makes a nice touch: "From the time I wake up until the time I go to bed, I do nothing else but think about how awesome I am at playing basketball! They don't call me Michael Jordan, Jr. for nothing"

Enjoy!
